Private lesson focus in a small group format

At 4th Down Performance, we believe in quality over quantity, with every group session limited to only six athletes.  This ensures quality, focus, and attention to detail.  Group training is a highly focused training experience. Each session is meticulously planned out and offers technical instruction in all three kicking phases: field goal, kickoff, and punt.  We make our group training sessions feel like a private lesson because we tailor the objectives to the needs of the athletes that sign up.  This ensures that no group training session will be exactly alike.

Each group training session is two hours and held only on weekends.  We recommend arriving early to give yourself sufficient time to get settled and ready to work.  Being timely is important, as it allows us to maximize our time on the field and prevents interruptions in training.  Our Director of Sport Performance will lead the group through a warm-up before the start of each session, as well as a cool-down stretch at the end.

This format provides opportunities for competition against your peers, which will enhance your training by putting it to the test and, ultimately help you get better.  We also utilize competition to create pressure scenarios that will simulate game-like situations that will prepare you to perform.  Additionally, live operations will be offered occasionally and, to conclude each session, we will highlight a mindset topic.

Recruiting advice will always be available for those who are interested.  Each athlete will receive their personal film from each session that they will be able to use for their own recruiting purposes.
